Spicy beef cooked in bacon fat.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Beef 250 grams
  2. Water 1/4 cup to cook the beef
  3. Bacon fat 5 tsp
  4. Ginger-garlic crushed 1 tsp
  5. Soya sauce 2 tsp
  6. Vinegar 1 tsp
  7. Chilli sauce 2 tsp
  8. Chilli flakes 2 tsp
  9. Onion 1 large, cut in squares
  10. Green chillies 3 chopped
  11. Red Chillies 3 chopped
  12. Green Capsicum 1/4 cup cut into squares
  13. Red Capsicum 1/4 cup cut into squares
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take the beef in a pressure cooker and pressure cook for 10 mins. Let the water evaporate completely.
  2. In a small bowl, soak the chillies in vinegar. Keep aside till use.
  3. Heat the bacon fat. Add in the crushed ginger, garlic and saute for a minute.
  4. Add in the beef, soya sauce, chilli sauce, chilli flakes, salt and saute on a high heat for about 5 mins.
  5. Add the onion and chillies along with the vinegar and saute for about 2 mins.
  6. Lastly add the capsicum and saute for 2-3 mins and take it off the heat.
