Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1/2 kg boneless chicken cubes
  2. 1 and 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic-green chillies paste
  3. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  4. 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  5. 1 tsp schezwan chutney
  6. 1 tsp cornflour
  7. 1 tsp maida/ flour
  8. 1 egg
  9. Red food colour- 1/2 tsp
  10. 1 tsp white pepper powder
  11. 3 cubes of cheese, grated
  12. Bread crumbs- 1 bowl
  13. Semolina- 1 bowl
  14. Milk- 200 gms
  15. Butter- 1
  16. Maida/ Flour- 2 tbsp
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Pepper powder- 1 tsp
  19. Oil for frying
  20. Green onions to garnish

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add in the boneless chicken, green chilli-garlic-ginger paste, garam masala powder, red chilli sauce, schezwan sauce, maida, cornflour, salt, egg, red-orange food colour, white pepper powder. Mix all of this together and marinate for 4-5 hours.
  2. After this time, skew each of the chicken pieces in sticks and coat it with breadcrumbs mixed with a little rawa. Then deep fry them and keep them aside.
  3. To prepare the white sauce, heat a pan, then add in the butter and roast the maida well. Then pour in milk while stirring continuously, then add in salt, pepper, grated cheese cubes.
  4. Mix well and instantly pour this on the chicken sticks.
  5. Garnish with green onions and serve it hot.
