Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Coconut 1/2 cup
  2. Powdered sugar ¼ cup (according to your taste)
  3. Parle G or Marie biscuits 1 packet
  4. Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  5. Milk 2-3 tablespoon
  6. Powdered sugar 3-4 tbsp (more or less according to your taste)
  7. Vanilla essence- few drops
  8. Melted butter 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Grind the biscuits into a fine powder form. Add in the powdered sugar, if you have used Marie biscuits or Parle G biscuits, you don't need to add sugar and cocoa powder to it. Mix it well together. Make a smooth dough by pouring little by little milk to the biscuit mixture. (only a few tbsp of milk is required)
  2. In another pan, add the grated coconut and heat it. (You will get a dry coconut form, check and make sure that it doesn't change color)
  3. Add in the powdered sugar, vanilla essence, melted butter and mix it well. (You will get a sticky texture) Remove it from the fire and let it cool.
  4. Roll the dough with the help of a rolling pin. Spread the coconut mixture over the rolled dough, now slowly roll the biscuit sheet and press the ends properly so that the roll does not open.
  5. Refrigerate it covered for 2 hours or till it sets. Then cut it into pieces and serve.
