Yummy chocolate swiss rolls with chocolate ganache

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Flour 3/4 cup
  2. Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  3. Corn flour (prevents breaking while rolling)1tbsp
  4. Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
  5. Eggs 4
  6. salt 1/4 tsp
  7. Cold water 1tbsp
  8. Lime Juice 1 tsp
  9. Caster sugar 3/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Sift maida +baking powder+cocoa Powder
  2. Seperate egg whites and yolks
  3. Beat egg white stiff add 4tbsp sugar and beat with an electric beater till peaks.
  4. In another bowl Beat yolks , water,lime juice, chocolate essence,remaining sugar till thick and gets a creamy look.
  5. Fold in beaten white eggs into this yolk mixture and fold in flour. Pour into a 13*9 inch Swiss roll tin lined with butter paper and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes .
  6. Keep it out of oven for 4 minutes and along with butter paper roll the flat cake.
  7. Keep it for 5 minutes...open the Swiss roll in butter paper and apply nutella.slowly while rolling again take off butter paper
  8. Microwave equal amounts of fresh cream n chocolate and mix well
  9. Pour it on the Swiss roll.refridgerate for 5 minutes.cut and serve.
