Ingredients Serving: 8
Mutton cut into cubes- 1 bowl
Salt to taste
Onion chopped- 4
Tomato sauce- 1 tbsp
Soya sauce- 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli sauce- 1/2 tbsp
Corn starch -1 bowl
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder- as per spice taste
Meat masala powder- 1/2 tsp
Green chilli sauce- 1/2 tbsp
Red colour- a pinch
Coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
Fried diced capsicum- 1 bowl
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Ginger-Garlic paste- 1 tsp
Green chilli paste- 1 bowl
Mutton stock- 1 bowl
Tomato chopped- 1
Instructions
Take a cooker, add in the mutton cubes, ginger-garlic paste, salt, water and cook till the mutton is tender. Do not throw the water and keep the stock aside.
Take a wok, add oil to heat, then add in the onion and saute well, then add in the tomato and saute. Then add in all the sauce, spices, add the mutton add capsicum. Mix it well and add stock if required.
Bring it to boil, then add in the red colour and corn starch.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve it hot with fried rice or puris.
