ABOUT Total Fusion Homemade Rice Noodles RECIPE

A healthy noodles dish.

Ingredients Serving: 2

For the dough:
Rice flour 2 cups
Cornflour 3 tsp
Warm Water
Peanut roasted 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli sauce 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup to serve
Wafers to serve
Oil 2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tsp
Carrot and Capsicum 1/4 cup

Instructions

To prepare the noodles dough, take the rice flour and cornflour in a bowl. Make a soft dough using warm water.
Prepare the steamer, now take the dough in a sewaiyan machine. Make noodles on the steamer plate and steam it for 10 minutes.
Take it out and rub oil on it so that they do not stick.
Take a non-stick kadhai. Heat oil in it, then add in the carrot, capsicum and saute for 2 minutes. Now add in the noodles. Mix well, then add in the salt, chilli sauce and vinegar.
Next add in peanuts for some fusion taste.
It is ready to be served with wafers and ketchup.
