Ingredients: Bread slices -8-10; Noodles/maggi- 50 gm; 1 onion fine chhoped; 2-3 tbsp fine chopped capsicum; 2-3 French beans fine chopped; 1-2 Green chilli fine chopped; 1tbsp Oil; 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup; Salt according to taste; 1 pouch maggi masala magic; For covering -2-tbsp all purpouse flour; 1 tbsp bread crumbs; Water as required

ABOUT Noodles fusion bread kachouri RECIPE

Noodles are everybody's favourite ...so this is new twist to making kachoudi with stuffing of noodles

Ingredients Serving: 5

Bread slices -8-10
Noodles/maggi- 50 gm
1 onion fine chhoped
2-3 tbsp fine chopped capsicum
2-3 French beans fine chopped
1-2 Green chilli fine chopped
1tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
Salt according to taste
1 pouch maggi masala magic
For covering -2-tbsp all purpouse flour
1 tbsp bread crumbs
Water as required

Instructions

First prepare noodles ...boil the noodles in less water
Strain and keep aside
Now in a pan heat oil add onions and saute for a minute
Add beans ,chilli and capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add boiled noodles and maggi masala and cook for another 1 minute
Add 2 tbsp tomato sauce , salt. mix well and switch off the flame
Transfer in a plate . allow to cool
Make a slury of all purpouse flour with adding water
Meanwhile roll the bread slice with rolling pin
Cut in round shape
Cut all slices
Take one slice and put noodles on it
Take another slice n apply flour slury on over it
Cover with this slice and press gently to seal
Heat oil in a pan and put kachoudi in it
Deep fry until get golden brown on high flame
Put out in a plate on paper napkin
Fry all the kachoudis and cut into two parts or as you like and serve with ketchup
