ABOUT Rasgulla Payesh RECIPE

One of my favourite and quick dessert that is perfect for a formal party.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Mini rasgullas 500 gms
  2. Khoya/ Burfi/ Kaju barfi 3 tbsp
  3. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  4. Milk 2 cups
  5. Raisins 2 tbsp
  6. A pinch of cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk and add the cornflour to it.
  2. Then drop the rasgullas into the boiling milk for a minute and turn off the flame.
  3. Then add in the raisins and mix well.
  4. Once it is cooled, pour it into dishes and serve.
  5. Garnish with cardamoms, silver warq and serve.
