Ingredients Serving: 5

Freshly chopped Cilantro/ Green coriander 2 cups
Garlic 3- 4 cloves
1 small piece of ginger
4-6 Cashews/ Kaju
1 small sized tomato (optional)
Salt according to taste
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
2 green chillies
1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

In a mixer jar, add in all the ingredients except the lemon juice. Grind and make a smooth paste of this. (No need to add water to this)
Now add in the lime juice. Stir well.
Your cilantro lime dip is now ready!
Serve it with any type of bread, snack or starter.
