ABOUT Chinese Fried Rice RECIPE

This is a Chinese recipe to suit the Indian taste of a rice with vegetables dish.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Carrot 1 small sized
  3. French beans- 4
  4. Cabbage 1/2 cup, chopped finely
  5. Onion 1
  6. Garlic pods 5
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  9. Vinegar 1 tsp
  10. Chilli sauce 1 tsp
  11. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Oil 2 tbsp
  13. Water 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice in water till it's 90% done.
  2. Saute all the chopped vegetables with the onion and garlic on a high flame with salt and black pepper.
  3. Mix in the cooked rice with the vegetables, then add in the soya, chilli sauce, vinegar and black pepper.
  4. Serve it alongside any gravy.
