ABOUT Beetroot Raita RECIPE

No cooking required! Just chop and blend for a refreshing side dish.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 Beetroot
  2. 1/2 Onions chopped
  3. 1 cup Yogurt
  4. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and boil the beetroot.
  2. Peel and in a blender, process to make a puree.
  3. Add the curd in the blender. Mix well and strain in a bowl.
  4. Add chopped onions and salt to the bowl.
  5. Garnish with fresh curry leaves and a few chopped green chillies.
