In the festival mode we do not have time to make lenghty dishes,,so friends presenting a dishthat can be prepared in jiffy,, Bread gulab jamun with kesar.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 12 pieces white bread
  2. Kesar threads
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 2 cups sugar
  5. 1cup water
  6. 2 tsp maida
  7. Ghee for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the edges of white bread In a bowl add milk and dissolve breads one by one and squeeze Properly.
  2. Add 2 tsp maida in squeezed bread and mix well and form a smooth dough.
  3. Make small balls from the dough And fry in ghee in small batches In a pan add sugar and water and make 1 thread consistency syrup,
  4. ,add kesar threads in sugar syrup and dissolve the fried balls in it.
  5. Gulabjamuns will absorb sugar syrup in 2 to 3 hours. Gulabjamuns are ready to serve.
