Gooey chocolaty wonder that no one can ever resist. It is on top of my menu card on almost any occasion. It practically tops the chart in my house.:blush:

Ingredients Serving: 6

Flour 80gm
Butter 100gm
Sugar 60gm white + 40gm brown sugar
Baking powder a tsp
Eggs 3
Vanilla essence a tsp
Semi sweet chocolate 228gm
Cocoa powder 11gm

Instructions

Whisk the eggs and butter along with sugar.
Add in the vanilla essence too.
Melt the chocolate using a double boiler method or microwave.
Add it to the batter.
Mix the dry ingredients well and gently fold in the batter.
Preheat the oven to 10 mins prior to preparing the batter.
Bake in this preheated fan assisted middle rack of the oven on 180° for 15 mins.
Your chocolaty gooey fudgy chewy brownies are ready to devour.
Serve them with a generous dollop of vanilla icecream.
