Healthy salad with nutrition of whole beans,sprouts and fruits with tongue tickling chutneys. A perfect combination of health and taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sprouted whole gram( green moong) 1/2 cup
  2. Sprouted black bean( black chana) 1/2 cup
  3. Sprouted white bean(lobia) 1/2 cup
  4. Cottage cheese 100 gms
  5. Pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup
  6. Roasted peanut 2 tbsp
  7. Small banana 1
  8. Cucumber 1
  9. Apple 1 small
  10. Tamarind chutney 3 tbsp
  11. Green coriander chutney 2 tbsp
  12. Chopped green coriander leaves for garnishing
  13. Rock salt 1 tesp
  14. Black pepper powder 1/2 tesp

Instructions

  1. Steam all sprouts till soft.
  2. Finely chop cottage cheese, Apple and banana .
  3. Deseed cucumber and chop finely.
  4. Mix all ingredients well and serve
