Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Rice Flour - 2 cups
  2. Rawa - 1/2 cup
  3. Maida - 1/2 cup
  4. Gram flour - 1/2 cup
  5. Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  6. Hing - 1/4 tsp
  7. Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
  8. Water
  9. Salt
  10. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except water and oil in a big bowl.
  2. Take out little in another bowl, maybe a quarter part of the full flour mix. Make a well in the center.
  3. Heat about 1 tbsp oil and pour in the center. Mix slowly with fingers till oil is absorbed.
  4. Then pour water and make a tight dough.
  5. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
  6. Take little balls of dough and roll like a pencil. Cut small portions and give ring shape or drop shape like I have done. At this step if the dough is breaking then sprinkle few drops of water and knead again. Keep dough covered with wet cloth while you take out little portions of it.
  7. Deep fry till golden brown.
  8. Make korbale with all the flour in the same way. Store in an airtight container.
