Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Marinating Chicken: 100 gm boneless chicken cut into 1/2 inch strips, 1 tbsp tandoori masala, 1/4 tsp green chilly paste, 1/4 tsp grated garlic, salt to taste
  2. For the Batter: 10 tbsp gram flour, 1/2 cup water + 1tbsp water, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp ajwain /Carom seed, 1 tsp finely chopped coriander, Salt to taste
  3. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken strips with the marination ingredients.
  2. Keep aside for ten to fifteen minutes.
  3. In the meantime, prepare batter using all the ingredients.
  4. Heat the oil at medium temperature.
  5. Dip the marinated chicken strips in batter. And then fry in hot oil.
  6. Deep fry on medium flame till crispy and slight change in color appears.
