Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Powdered rolled oats 1 cup
  2. Finely chopped onions 1/2 cup
  3. Chopped tomatoes 1/4 cup
  4. Finely chopped capsicum 1/2 cup
  5. Chopped Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  6. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  7. Finely chopped ginger 1 tsp
  8. Chopped Green Chillies 2
  9. Water 1 cup or as needed
  10. Oil to grease pan
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix oats, onions, tomatoes, Capsicum, cumin, Coriander, ginger, chillies, salt with water to make a batter.
  2. Keep for five minutes, if the batter is thick, add some water.
  3. Heat tawa, grease it with little oil.
  4. Pour a ladle full batter on tawa and spread it lightly.
  5. When one side is cooked then flip and cook the other side till done.
  6. Now cook the rest of the batter in the same manner.
