ABOUT Egg Rasmalai RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 500 gm full cream milk
  2. 1/2 cup Sugar
  3. 1 nos egg
  4. 1 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk in thick bottom pan and reduce to a quarter portion.
  2. Add sugar and continue to boil.
  3. Beat the separated egg white and make stiff foam and keep aside.
  4. Now beat egg yolk and slowly pour hot milk little by little and at the same time, beat it well.
  5. Again heat the egg yolk milk on low flame or double boiler and pour 1 tsp egg white foam in it. Like this pour all the egg white and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Add cardamom powder. Dish is ready
  7. Serve cold.
