Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. White chocolate slab 500gm
  2. Dark chocolate slab 500gm
  3. Mango flavoured chocolate slab 100gm
  4. Orange flavored chocolate slab 100gm
  5. Strawberry flavored chocolate slab 100gm
  6. Mixed dried fruit powder 100gm
  7. Soft black Dates 100gm
  8. Milk powder 100gm
  9. Condensed milk 100gm
  10. Strawberry crush 1tbsp or jam
  11. Orange crush 1tbsp or jam
  12. Mango crush 1tbsp or jam
  13. Roasted almond 50 gm
  14. Chopped glazed cherries 10gm or tutti frutti
  15. Desiccated coconut powder 100gm

Instructions

  1. For mango center filling:
  2. Microwave chopped mango chocolate for 30 seconds till it melts. Mix well. Bring it to room temperature add mango crush, 1tbs milk powder, 1tbs chopped cherries & dried fruit powder 1tbs. Mix well.
  3. Make small balls from it or shape as you like.
  4. For Orange center filling:
  5. Microwave chopped orange chocolate slab for 30 seconds or more if required till it melts.
  6. Bring chocolate to room temperature, add 1 tbs of milk powder, 1 tbs of condensed milk, 1 tbs of dried fruits powder, 1 tbs of Orange crush & Orange zest. Mix well make small ball or shape as you like
  7. Strawberry center filling:
  8. Microwave chopped strawberry chocolate for 30 seconds. Bring to room temperature.
  9. Add 1tbs of milk powder, 1 tbs of condensed milk, 1tbs of strawberry crush, 2 tbs of desiccated coconuts powder & chopped cherries and give shape.
  10. For dates filling:
  11. Put one vertical cut on dates, remove seeds, put one roasted almond in each date. Keep aside.
  12. For coconuts filling:
  13. Add 3 tbs of condensed milk in 60 gm of desiccated coconut, add dried fruit powder. Make small balls.
  14. Now microwave dark, strawberry & white chocolate in 2 bowls. Bring to room temperature. Dip mango center, strawberry center, Orange center ladoos one by one in dark chocolate, put it on butter paper chill in fridge for 2 minutes. Dip dates in white chocolate, chill it. Dip coconut center in strawberry chocolate & chill it.
  15. Decorate all ladoos with melted chocolate.
