Soak samak rice for at least 1/2 an hour in water. Then cook them with double quantity of water. Let them cool to room.temprature. Mix and mash rice ,rice flour, potato along with salt black pepper and ginger chilli .
Make a thick but smooth batter just like dal bada.
Fry lemon sized badas in hot oil on medium flame.
If you want to have them like pakoras/snacks then fry till golden in colour.
Otherwise take them off when get light golden colour from both sides.
Whisk curd with sugar.
Add salt and black pepper.
Add badas.
Arrange on a plate.
Sprinkle meethi chutney and green chutney.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
SERVING: 4
