ABOUT Sabudana and samak rice dahi vade (ktori chat) RECIPE
During fast samak rice and sabudana is used in various recipies i make dahi vada from this it is very light dish for fasting and i serve it in singadha flour bowl like( ktori chat)

Ingredients Serving: 4
Sabudana 1cup
Samak Rice 1 cup
Singadha flour
Oil for frying
Sendha Namak as per taste
Water as required
Black pepper
Greenchilly 4-5
Roasted jeera powder
Curd 1/2kg
Green corriender leaves for chatni
Lemon juice 2-3tsp
Powder Sugar 2tsp
Pomgtanate seeds 1bowl
Bnana 1-2
Roasted peanuts 100gm
Red chilly powder (optional)
Aloo laccha or fried potato 1bowl
Temarind chatni (optional)
Instructions
Take both samak rice and sabudana in a grinder and make powder
Now in a kdhai add one cup powderd flour and add two cups of water 1/2tsp sendha namak and cook it like upma
Keep stir so that their is no lump in it and it got thicken make dough like consistency add i tsp desi ghee in it
When the dough get cool make small balles and fry them
For ktori take 1cup singhada flour and add some sendha namak in it and make soft dough with water from this dough roll it like a poori take any small sized steel bowl and grease it with oil and wrap this puri on outer side of the bowl and then fry it with steel bowl ofter few min carefully remove the bowl with the helf of knife and fry the dough bowl again for few seconds
Make green chatni by grinding corriender leaves sala greenchilly and lemon juice Before serving Soak the vada in hot water for 5-10min so it got soften churn the curd and add 2 tsp sugar in it and get ready all indgridients like pomgranate bnana potato peants ready..curd should cold while serving vadas
Remove vadas from hot water and squeege thwm and dip in them some curd for serving N in a plate keep ktori made from shingadha flour and put come curd first then some chatni and the vadas and garnish it with pomgranat bnana peanuts red chilly green chatni fried aloo lacha sprinkle blackpepper red chilly powder and jeera powder on top..serve chilled dahi vada immidiately after garnishing
