ABOUT Choco lava cupcake RECIPE

With every bite you'll feel the molten lava of chocolate in your mouth. Chocolates are definitely everyone’s weakness, be it in any form. The soft, gooey chocolate cake definitely takes a big place of the meal, as you just cannot deny a piece of chocolate cake, and if you take one it’s just not enough. Choco Lava Cupcake is the perfect amalgamation of the super soft cake with molten chocolate inside. The perfect chocolate cake batter is prepared by sifting the dry ingredients and folding it in with the wet ingredients. The cupcake is half filled with the batter and the melted chocolate is filled inside. The Choco Lava Cupcake is then baked to perfection. When you cut the Choco Lava Cupcake from the center, the luscious chocolate comes out flowing which just makes it mouthwatering.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. All purpose flour. 1 cup
  2. Cocoa pwd. 3 tsp
  3. Baking pwd. 1 tsp
  4. Dark chocolate. 125 gms
  5. Butter. 100 gms
  6. Curd. 3/4 cup
  7. Sugar. 1/2 cup
  8. Baking soda. 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1. Sift maida, cocoa powder and baking powder together.
  2. 2. Melt chocolate n butter together in a bowl either by double boiling method or in the microwave.
  3. 3. In another bowl, mix curd and sugar together.
  4. 4. Then add baking soda to it and mix.
  5. 5. Leave it for 4-5 mins till you see bubbles in it.
  6. 6. Now mix chocolate in it.
  7. 7. Now gradually add maida mix in it.
  8. 8. Dust the silicon moulds with flour n pour this mixture in them.
  9. 9. Bake in the pre heated oven at 200 degrees for 6-7 mins.
  10. 10. Take it out n wait for 2-3 mins then de mould it.
  11. 11. Indulge yourself in this sinful decadence.
