Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Kuttu flour 2tbsp
  2. Curd 1/2 cup
  3. Rock salt and pepper as per your taste
  4. Chopped vegetables like carrots, potatoes and arbi
  5. Sesame seeds and coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl mix flour and curd add salt and pepper to it.
  2. Churn well.
  3. Add 2 more cup of water to it.
  4. Now heat oil in a vessel.
  5. Add chopped vegetables to it and pour the flour mixture into the vessel.
  6. Mix well and give a boil.
  7. Now cover the lid and cook for about 25 minutes on low flame.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and sesame seeds Serve with samo rice.
