Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 colocasia leaves fresh & washed
  2. 1 cup farali flour
  3. 2 tbs rajgira flour
  4. 3 tbs roasted peanuts
  5. 3 tbs grated coconut
  6. 3 green chilly dry
  7. 1 tbs ginger & green chilly paste
  8. 1 tbs sugar
  9. Rock salt required
  10. 1 tbs cumin seeds
  11. 3/4 plain yogurt
  12. 1 tbs black pepper
  13. oil
  14. curry leaves
  15. Chopped Coriander

Instructions

  1. De vain colocasia leaves clean them with kitchen towel
  2. In a mixer jar add peanuts, coconut, both chillies and ginger, sugar, cumin seeds and yogurt. make thin and fine paste.
  3. Take in bowl add this mixture and both flour with some black pepper
  4. Combine mixture well add some water but not runny
  5. Add some salt also
  6. Take arbi leaf from back to up place on surface and apply mixture on it
  7. Take another leaf and place on it gently and roll it
  8. Place this roll in a steamer and let it steam for 5 minutes
  9. Another pan,put some oil temper with cumin seeds,curry leavea and sesame seeds
  10. After crackle put the patra in pan and stir well
  11. Garnish with coriander
