ABOUT Cauliflower leaves bhurji RECIPE

Thin strips of greens deep fried with light spices.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower leaves 1 bunch
  2. White til 1 tbsp
  3. Garlic 4 pods
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Chilly powder or pepper powder 1 tsp
  6. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Wash, pat dry the greens and chop them in thin long strips.
  2. Add chopped garlic, chilli powder, salt and til. Sprinkle a little water and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a large wok, deep fry the greens till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot as a yummy accompaniment.
