Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Almond soaked 15-20
  2. Coconut fresh grated 4 tbsp
  3. Chia seeds 2 tbsp
  4. Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Sugar 2 tsp or as needed
  6. Water 3 Cups

Instructions

  1. Blend 1 cup water, almonds, coconut, cinnamon and sugar together till smooth.
  2. Strain through a muslin cloth.
  3. Again blend the left over strained almonds with one cup water and strain again.
  4. Repeat this process again one last time.
  5. Pour this milk in glasses, add chia seeds and crushed ice. Serve.
