Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup strawberries
  2. 3/4th cup almond milk ; unsweetened
  3. 3/4th cup of soaked chia seeds
  4. 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. In a blender , add in your strawberries , milk , chia seeds and honey .
  2. Blend till smooth .
  3. Serve chilled .
