ABOUT Coconut Chia Pudding RECIPE

A healthy drink for weight conscious.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Coconut milk thick - 1 1/2 cup
  2. Condensed milk - 2 tbsp (Optional)
  3. Chia seeds - 2 tbsp
  4. Dry roasted coconut flakes - 2-3 tbsp or as desired
  5. Some almonds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak chia seeds in water for atleast half an hour.
  2. In a glass, put coconut milk, add chia seeds and condensed milk. Mix it well.
  3. Keep in the refrigerator to rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Garnish with coconut flakes and almonds.
