Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. White lentils/urad dal about 2 cups.
  2. Ginger grated about a tbsp
  3. Onion 1 finely sliced
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Curry leaves about a few
  6. Coriander leaves finely chopped about a handful
  7. Green chillies finely chopped 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak the dal for atleast 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Grind it using minimum amount of water.
  3. The batter should be thick.
  4. Mix in all the ingredients well and deep fry.
  5. Serve them hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
