Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 1/2 cup Basmati Rice
  2. 6 Chicken drumsticks
  3. 2 Chicken breat pieces
  4. 1 cup Yogurt (curd)
  5. 5 tbs cashew nut paste
  6. 4 tbs cream
  7. 1 tbs Green Chili Paste
  8. 1 tbs raw papaya paste
  9. 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  10. 1 tsp mace powder
  11. 3 tbs Garlic Paste
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil as per required
  14. Whole spice
  15. 4 clove
  16. 3 green cardamom
  17. 1 stick cinnamon
  18. 2 bay leaf
  19. 1 tbs crushed black Pepper
  20. 1 tsp shahi jeera.
  21. For garnish
  22. Pinch of Saffron in 1/2 cup milk
  23. Mint leaves chopped
  24. Kewra water or essence
  25. Green and orange color
  26. 2 tbs ghee or butter

Instructions

  1. Boil rice add salt with plenty of water cooked 80% .strain it keep a side.
  2. Marinate the chicken with this mixture and keep aside for 1 hours.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the whole spice Add the marinated chicken and cook for 10 minutes after fully cook.
  4. Arrange rice layer And sprinkle saffron in milk ,mint, ghee,green and orange Color and give dum for 10 minute on medium flame.
  5. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve hot.
