Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/4 cup Sabudana paste (soak Sabudana for 2 hours and grind it to paste )
  2. 1/4 cup rice flour
  3. 2 tbsp grated coconut
  4. 1 green chilli finely chopped
  5. 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  8. 1/4 tsp grated ginger
  9. 1/4 cup curd + water to make smooth batter
  10. oil as required
  11. For the Coconut chutney :
  12. 1/4 cup grated fresh coconut
  13. 2 green chilli
  14. 3 garlic pods
  15. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  16. 1 tsp tamarind juice
  17. 1 tbsp soaked kabuli chana
  18. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well to smooth batter
  2. Heat the appe pan or paddu pan smear oil
  3. Take spoonful of batter drop the batter in the appe cavity
  4. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on a low flame or until done
  5. Serve hot with coconut chutney
  6. Tasty Sabudana paddu with coconut chutney is ready
  7. For the chutney: Take a mixer jar, add all the ingredients and grind it to a fine paste. Add a little water to your coconut chutney if needed. Serve.
