In our every happiest moments we celebrate it with sweets..Today I tried my hands on a different laddu made with sabudana which comes out full of taste.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Small size sabudana(soaked in water for 4 to 5 hours) 1/2cup
  2. Ghee 1 tablespoon
  3. Sugar 1/4cup
  4. Cashew nuts 10-12 pieces
  5. Cantaloupes seeds 1 teaspoon(Magaj)
  6. cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Orange colour 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Drain the water of soaked sabudana and keep the sabudana aside
  2. Cut half the pieces of cashew nuts
  3. Now heat a kadhai and add 1 spoon ghee and roast the cashew nuts and cantaloupes seeds.
  4. Off the flame and keep aside
  5. Now heat the remain ghee in a kadhai and add sabudana and Stir it regularly
  6. Add orange colour into it
  7. When sabudana looks like a clear orange pearl then add sugar into it.
  8. When sabudana and sugar mix well than add half of cashew nuts and all cantaloupes seeds and cardamom powder
  9. Off the flame and keep it to be cool
  10. When it cooled bind it like a laddu shape and decorate it with remain cashew nuts
