Soft center truffle coated with crunchy nuts

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 240 gram milk chocolate
  2. 100 gram fresh cream
  3. 10 drops vanilla essence
  4. Milk chocolate for coating
  5. Roasted Chopped nuts for coating

Instructions

  1. Temper chocolate. ( follow my chocolate tempering recipe )
  2. In a saucepan boil cream over medium heat. Mix boiled cream with tempered chocolate with spatula and add vanilla essence.
  3. Keep the mix in refrigerator for 2 hrs
  4. Divide the dough in 24 small size ball, place it on foil paper and keep the truffle center in the refrigerator for 20 min.
  5. Remove the truffle center from the refrigerator and bring to cool room temperature.
  6. Temper milk chocolate for dipping . Dip truffle center into the tempered chocolate, coat it completely with the help of dipping fork, remove the center from tempered chocolate, carefully shake off the excess chocolate .
  7. Place the coated truffle in a roasted nuts bowel and cover it completely with nuts . Place them on chocolate paper cups and store in an airtight container in a cool place

can we use dark chocolate also
