Now add half of the flour into the butter mixture. Fold in gently. Then add the milk and fold. Finally add the remaining flour
Add the raisins and pour the mixture into muffin tray lined with muffin liners
Bake them for 18 minutes in a preheated oven at 180. Cool

Then slowly add the icing sugar and whisk till it is creamy. Add milk if the mixture is dry otherwise it can be avoided.
Add some of the coconut powder into the frosting. Now pipe them onto the cooled cupcakes.
Sprinkle the rest of the coconut powder on top and add a raisin as well.
