Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/4 cup fine sooji
  2. 3 cup milk
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 1/4 cup ghee or less
  5. 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  6. 2 tbsp dry fruits, chopped

Instructions

  1. Roast the suji on thick bottom pan. Roast for a few minutes.
  2. Gradually add in milk and sugar.
  3. Mix properly and add in all the ingredients.
  4. Keep on a high flame and stir it till it becomes thick.
  5. Add in ghee slowly one spoon at a time and stir it continuously till it becomes thick.
  6. When it cools then take this mixture on a butter paper or any plastic sheet which has been previously greased it with ghee.
  7. Add the cardamom powder and dryfruits pieces all over.
  8. Cut the stripes and roll it like khandvi, serve it.
