Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg Chicken boneless
  2. Oats 2 tbsp, roasted and grounded
  3. Ginger and garlic paste 2 tsp
  4. 1 medium sized onion, sliced and fried
  5. Oil 1 tbsp
  6. 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
  7. 1/2 bunch coriander leaves, chopped
  8. 1 tsp cumin powder
  9. 1 tsp coriander powder
  10. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  11. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken and cut it into small pieces. Then grind it well into a fine texture.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and divide this mixture into 15-18 balls.
  3. Arrange these balls on a non-stick pan that can be covered well.
  4. Cook them on a low flame for 5 minutes. Then turn the sides and cook it once again covered for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve them hot as a snack or starter.
