Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Semolina- 200- gm
  2. Curd- 100- gm
  3. Spinach pest- 1- cup
  4. Carrot- 1- no.
  5. Tomato- 1- no
  6. Salt- 10- gm
  7. Rai- 1- spoon
  8. Oil- 1- spoon
  9. Kari leaves- 2- spoon
  10. Shugar syrup- 2- spoon
  11. Eno fruit salt- 1- spoon

Instructions

  1. mix suji, curd and salt in a bowl
  2. do three parts of mix add spinach pest in one part
  3. add tometo carrot pest in second part,
  4. add water as require in third part
  5. leave all mixes for 30 min
  6. grees dhokla pot and add eno. pour all three mix in different tray
  7. cook dhokla for 20 min on steam
  8. now cut in desire shape
  9. in a pan heat oil and add rai, kari patta green chilli and fry dhokla peices
  10. finly add shugar syrup over it and garnish with coriander .
