Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Digestive or any biscuit - 6- 100 grms 1
  2. Choclate powder- 1- tsp
  3. Sugar - 1- tsp
  4. Milk - 1- tbsp
  5. For stuffing - dry coconut powder - 2 - tbsp
  6. Condensed milk - 1 - tbsp
  7. Tutti fruti - 1- tbsp
  8. Cardamom powder - 1 - tsp

Instructions

  1. First in a grinder jar,take digestive biscuits,1 tsp sugar and choco powder. Grind all ingredients well and make fine powder.
  2. In a bowl take biscuit powder,add milk and mix all ingredients well and make a dough.
  3. Now take this dough and make small ball with it and put it onto butter paper and roll it well. Now cut small circle shape.make more circle shape like this.biscuit circles are ready.
  4. Now for stuffing in a plate take coconut powder, condensed milk,cardamom powder and tutti fruti. Mix all ingredients well. Stuffing is ready.
  5. Now take biscuit circle. Put 1 tsp stuffing on it. And fold it and make gujia shapeand some design on it with fork.
  6. Make more gujia like this. biscuit gujia are ready. Put it into fridge for about 15 minutes. Enjoy chilled.
