Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oreo biscuit: 4 pieces
  2. Sunfeast biscuit: 8 pieces
  3. Powdered sugar: 1 tbsp
  4. Baking powder: 1/2 tsp levelled
  5. Milk as needed to make a smooth batter
  6. Dairy milk/Compound chocolate pieces: 2 tbsp
  7. Muesli: 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Crush the oreo and sunfeast biscuits in a mixer to a fine powder form. Then add sugar and baking powder to it and mix well. Add milk little by little to make a thick and smooth batter.
  2. Grease a microwave safe plastic bowl and dust it properly. Pour half of the batter into the bowl, then place the chocolates over it. However, don't mix it.
  3. Pour the left over batter over it, then spread the muesli over the batter. Pop it in the microwave and cook for 2 mins on a high heat.
  4. Remove it from the microwave and let it cool down. Then invert it in a plate.
  5. Slice and serve with thick chocolate sauce.
