Today i am sharing Biscuit cake recipe and its very easy to make. Children are very moody.And their demands keep on changing We know parle-G biscuit is loved by everyone and specially children so I recommend to every mother try this simple cake recipe and make your children happy :blush:

Ingredients Serving: 6

Parle-G biscuit - 2 packets
Bourbon biscuit - 2 packets
Milk powder- 2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Malai- 1 tbsp
Baking soda- pinch
Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
Elachi powder
Milk as required

Instructions

Grind biscuits together
Take bowl and add all ingredients together
Mix it well
Add milk to make smooth batter
Pour this batter into the greased bowl aur cake tin and tap nicely
Microwave it fir 5 minutes on high
After 5 minutes insert a toothpick and see if it comes out clean than it is ready
If it slightly battery than again microwave it for a minute or 2 minute
After let it cool completely and unmould the cake
Your cake is ready to eat
