1 parle g biscuit 40 in no.
2 powdered sugar 1 cup
3 milk 1 glass
4 gems/chocolate for garnishing
5 eno blue sachet 1

Instructions

1 Crush the parle g biscuits in a mixer.
2 Prepare the cake mix by adding milk and mixing in little by little.
3 It should be like any other cake mix and not of dripping consistency.
4 Add powdered sugar and mix again, there should be no air bubbles.
5 Grease a cake pan and before putting the cake batter in, add a packet of eno blue.
6 Microwave it on high power for 10-15 minutes, check with a tooth pick it should be clean otherwise set for another few min.
7Garnish according to choice and enjoy.
