Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Wheat flour- 60- gm
  2. Oats- 70- gm
  3. Butter- 75- gm
  4. Baking powder- 1- gm
  5. Baking soda- 1- gm
  6. Milkmaid- 25- gm
  7. Vanilla essence- 1- tsp
  8. Red food colour- 1- tsp
  9. Cacoa powder- 1- tsp
  10. Brown sugar- 70- gm
  11. Choco chips- 20- gm

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add butter, sugar and vanilla essence.
  2. whisk it.
  3. Add milkmaid and whisk again.
  4. In a another bowl add wheat flour, cacoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. Sieve it and mix with wet ingredients.
  5. Now add oats in it.
  6. Add red food colour.
  7. Now make dough. keep in freeze for 15 min.
  8. Make balls of 2 tbsp dough and place on baking tray.
  9. Press some choco chips on it.
  10. Bake at 180° for 20 - 25 min in Pre-heated oven.
  11. Now our Healthy cookies are ready.
