Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour - 1 and 1/2 cup
  2. Oats (powdered) - 3/4 cup
  3. Mashed banana - 1 (if using small then 2)
  4. Milk - 1/2 cup
  5. Fresh curd - 3/4 cup
  6. Baking powder - 1 and 1/2 tsp
  7. Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  8. Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  9. Black and green raisins - 1 tsp each
  10. Badam and pistachio flakes - 2 tbsp
  11. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  12. Olive oil - 3/4 cup
  13. Greased tin by applying butter and dusting flour

Instructions

  1. In a bowl sieve all the dry ingredients except sugar.
  2. In another bowl add the mashed banana.
  3. Add all the wet ingredients, raisins and flakes.
  4. Now add wet ingredients to dry one.
  5. Now just fold the mixture with a spatula.
  6. Do not mix it with spoon.
  7. Gently fold from downward to upward.
  8. Pour batter into the greased tin and sprinkle flakes and badams.
  9. Tap the for tin 8-10 times.
  10. Bake this cake in preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
  11. Please keep eye on baking.
  12. Insert toothpick if comes out clean then the cake is baked.
  13. let it cool down completely.
  14. Remove this on a wire rack.
  15. Drizzle some honey over it.
  16. Cut into the slices and serve.
