Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Wheat flour- 120- gm
  2. Cocoa powder- 2- tsp
  3. Baking powder- 1- tsp
  4. Baking soda- 1- tsp
  5. Salt- 1- pinch
  6. Powdered brown sugar- 100- gm
  7. Vanilla essence- 1- tsp
  8. Oil- 120- ml
  9. Milk- 120- ml
  10. Lemon juice- 2- tsp
  11. Red food colour- 1- tsp
  12. White chocolate - 50- gm
  13. Whipped cream- 1- cup

Instructions

  1. Prepare butter milk. In milk add lemon juice. mix with help of spoon and allow it to rest for 10 min.
  2. In a bowl, sieve all dry ingredients flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cacoa powder.
  3. Add brown sugar, oil, vanilla essence along with red food colour. mix well to prepare the batter.
  4. Now pour the batter in cup cakes liner.
  5. Bake in preheated oven 180° for 20 min.
  6. Now melt the white chocolate add red powder colour mix well. fill in piping bag and make some shapes for cupcakes garnishing.
  7. In a bowl add whipped cream beat well. piping on cup cakes.
  8. Now arrange garnish on cup cakes
  9. Our red velvet Cup cakes are ready to enjoy.
