All purpose flour-1-Cup
Milk-0.75-Cup
Sugar-0.50-Cup
Oil-0.50-Cup
Egg-2-No.
Vanilla essence-1-Tsp
Red jelly crushed-3-Tbsp
Baking powder-0.5-Tsp

Instructions

Sieve maida and baking powder.
In a blender blend egg, sugar and oil.
Pour egg mixture in a bowl, add maida gradually.,add milk.
Whisk till lumpfree batter turns, pour in greased tin and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degree..
When done, transfer in plate let it cool and cut with heart shape cutter.
Apply crushed jelly on top of it, serve immediately.
