Dissolve jaggery in water and strain.
Take a mixing bowl, put wheat flour, rawa, ghee, pinch of salt, cardamon powder, sesame seeds and mix well with hands.
Add jaggery water and knead a hard dough.
Cover with a cloth and keep it for 30 minutes.
Now roll the dough on platform and make it flat with a roller pin. Make shape with a cookie cutter and cut little hearts.
Heat oil and fry little hearts on medium flame.
Dust with powdered sugar.
SERVING: 6
