Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped spinach leaves-2-Cup
  2. Whole wheat flour-0.75-Cup
  3. Milk-0.75-Cup
  4. Green chilli coriander paste-1-Tsp
  5. Lemon-0.5-No.
  6. Oil-3-Tbsp
  7. Salt-0.5-Tsp
  8. Baking powder-0.5-Tsp
  9. Baking soda-0.25-Tsp
  10. Mayonnaise-0.25-Cup
  11. Cheese-0.25-Cup
  12. Chopped tomato-1-No.
  13. Chilli flakes-0.25-Tsp

Instructions

  1. In a pot add lot water, boil for 2 toe minutes then add spinach leaves,switch off the flame ,let it rest for 5 minutes in water, then drain and let it cool and make smooth paste.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine whole wheat flour, chilli coriander paste, lemon juice, salt and spinach paste.
  3. Add milk and mix well.
  4. Add baking powder and baking soda and mix well.
  5. Pour this batter on greased pan.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degree c. When done let it cool.
  7. Add chilli flakes,grated cheese in mayonnaise, mix well
  8. Apply this mixture evenly on spinach cake.
  9. Roll it carefully, apply some mayo ,chopped tomato on top,sprinkle some chilli flakes and green chutney,sebe immediately.
