ABOUT Bhindi Fry RECIPE

A simple and tasty dish that can be made in a jiffy. A must have for breakfast in my family almost every other day!

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 500 gms lady finger
  2. Green chillies slit length wise, about 4 or 5
  3. Curry leaves a handful
  4. Oil about 2 tbsp
  5. Garlic 1 tbsp, minced
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the bhindi in thin slices.
  2. Heat the oil and saute the garlic in it. Then add the curry leaves.
  3. Add the bhindi and the other ingredients as well
  4. Cover and cook on a low to medium flame until it's done.
