Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushrooms 2 cups, diced
  2. Onions 1 cup, diced
  3. Peas 3 tbsp
  4. Green chillies 3-4
  5. Tomatoes diced 1 cup
  6. Garlic and ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  7. Degi mirch 1 tsp
  8. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  9. Cinnamon 1" piece
  10. Bay leaves 2
  11. Black cardamoms 3
  12. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  13. Methi leaves 1 tsp
  14. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  15. Cream/Malai 2 tbsp
  16. Oil 3 tbsp
  17. Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  18. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add the black cardamom, bay leaves, cinnamon, cumin seeds, degi mirch, turmeric, garlic-ginger, green chilli and onions. Saute till it turns translucent.
  2. Add the tomatoes, capsicum, mushrooms, peas, salt, methi leaves and garam masala. Cover and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes or till it's done.
  3. Next add the cream and coriander leaves. Cook it for 2 mins.
  4. Serve it warm alongside chapatis.
