Ingredients Serving: 3

Greated cauliflower 1 cup
Greated cottage cheese 1/4 cup
Greated potaotes 1/4 cup
Oregano 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Thyme 1 tsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic powder 1 tsp
Onion 1 chopped
Olive oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

Take a pan heat oil
Add onions and saute for a minute and add cauliflower and saute till gets roast well
Add cottage cheese, potatoes , salt , pepper and all herbs saute well and let it cool down completely
Then add cornflour shape them in round and roast till golden brown
Serve hot with cauliflower sauce
